Job Summary: The Supply Chain Senior Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. Provide leadership and analytical support to improve the supply chain services operations across multiple segments of the organization including Sales, Client Success Finance, Sales & Fulfillment. Responsibilities: Lead a supply chain team that is responsible for strategic, tactical and operational aspects of the business. Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams. Serve as a supply chain services subject matter expert for the external sales team on new client efforts. Provide leadership and guidance to the Supply Chain Services department. Develop and implement supply chain performance metrics; identify key trends and provide insightful analysis to key stakeholders. Provide guidance to Finance regarding the Supply Chain budgets and forecasts, identify key areas of opportunity or risk to plan and make recommendations for necessary adjustments. Design and lead supply chain optimization projects. Implement new value-added supply chain services. Identify and evaluate new supply chain opportunities by providing in-depth analysis, cost modeling and financial impacts. Support external and internal clients with detailed cost and performance analysis for supply chain solutions Champion process improvement initiatives. Build good working relationships with vendors and service providers. Follow supply chain trends and technologies and evaluate if and how they can be applied. Requirements: Bachelor' s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager with at least 6 -6 8 years of work experience. Demonstrated proficient understanding of all levels of the supply chain processes. Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, relational databases and other modeling tools. Analytical mindset coupled with a strong business acumen. Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting. Outstanding organizational, collaboration and leadership skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Work Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
